Peach and Raspberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 10 peaches 
  • 2 pts raspberry 
  • 1/2 C of  almond flour
  • ½ C of coconut flour
  • ¾ C of sugar
  • ½ C of oats
  • 1 T of flax seed
  • 1 C of coconut oil ( cold!) 
  • 1 t of cinnamon
  • ½ t of nutmeg 

Directions

  • Peel peaches, cut into similar sized chunks, toss with raspberries.
  • Pulse hardened coconut oil in food processor with all of the dry ingredients until resembles sand. Sprinkle on top of fruit.
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
